Nice hotel with free wi-fi in rooms, 24-hour reception, and a cozy lounge area. I appreciated the staff's help with sim cards during my first stay. I am coming back for Christmas!

Location and size of the room are good. The view of the lake is magnificent
In the bathroom the tub broke, the wallpaper came off and cobwebs on the ceiling

The breakfast was satisfactory, had delicious meals. My classic queen room had modern conveniences, including central heating, tea and coffee making facilities, and a work desk. It was in a fab location close to Glen Nevis Upper Falls.

Hotel was very beautiful from the outside
The temperature in the room was clearly too high and could not be regulated, unfortunately same in the breakfast room. The old wooden floorboards under the carpet creaked quite unpleasantly, which could be heard from all the rooms next door.

The hotel's location was perfect for exploring Fort William, but the dining experience disappointed with overcrowded seating and poor food quality. The friendly staff, however, did their best under the circumstances.

Great central location, great breakfast but food in bar side was not worth the money they are asking for it. Rooms clean enough and serviced well. Over all a nice stay, we would use it again.
